Theodore “Ted” C. Anderson
November 7, 2021 | We all lost a beloved brother, uncle and friend, Sunday, November 7, 2021 with the passing of Theodore “Ted“ C. Anderson. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Ted was a long-time resident of Belmont Shore.
After serving the Peace Corps for two years in Micronesia, Ted returned to California to attend law school in San Diego. While attending law school, Ted worked as a carpenter on many public works projects. Upon graduation, Ted joined a major construction firm as in-house counsel.
Retiring after a long career allowed Ted to pursue his favorite pastimes of bicycling, swimming, carpentry and working out at the gym. Ted was also able to spend more time with his family, helping with many projects around the house.
Ted is survived by his sister Elizabeth (Jeff) Weber, nephew David Weber, cousin Cathie (Allen) Zych and family, stepsister Nancy LaChapelle plus many great friends.
